Does the landlord need to clean the apartment? - nyc landlords cleaning
I moved into a new apartment in New York to discover that the air conditioning is present, so that a hole in the wall, half the lights work and the place very dirty.

I live in New York and is absolutely right. You need to bring them to him. Here be very strong and try to get more than one million times. You also need an A / C unit.
