I work four days a week, arms, legs Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday arms, legs, Friday. My plan is to take protein supplements. Theseproteinn with extras, this proportion increases body fat?   1. Protein could help, but there is no guarantee. Your genetics play an important role, as they develop. Give it a shot, but it should not hurt.
