Can I still file a claim against Maytag for my Neptune washer? - claim against maytag
My Maytag washing machine is not locked and will not turn on. I found that were prosecuted, but I think that all claims should be in August 2005. Any help or ideas to get this fixed?

call their customer service and see what they say. You can not complain every time something goes wrong. SH --- happened
ReplyDeleteI can not imagine where `d sue to try to reach them. If you won t lock and turn, calls, and `ll fix it. What do you feel, you `re right, and why?
ReplyDeleteIf you go ahead and prosecute, it is likely that the best thing we can expect in terms of a decision in their favor, that `ll be invited to the problem to solve, perhaps at no cost to you.
But you `ll pay` s legal fees and court fees. The only way I could be in a position to continue to say when you called to fix the problem, and refused, which is very unlikely.
For them, `d have to prove that he suffered a loss / physical monetary problem. You `d be required to make medical and hospital costs, etc..

Save time, money and headaches .............. Call to solve the problem and pay for the space and support if necessary. Believe me, it `s the solution faster and cheaper in this case.
The locking system coverage is for one year from date of purchase, so it `s all forms of security, unless the withdrawal of the original lid locks due to a problem faulty manufacture.
I spent about a half-trillion dollars in the Neptune washer and dryer. I will never buy again, Maytag, I felt a trace, since he had bought them. I had so many problems with this game, I can not remember them all. They are very, very, like garbage and overpriced credebility and ruin your reputation as a good company. I would like to offer help, but my knowledge tells me that just do not care.
ReplyDeleteWe had the same problem. It was a wonderful machine - if it works (not) what a long time. When we discovered that was the problem with the door that was connected to the computer control panel, went to a local tackle shop and bought a simple current refrigerator, washing-low, which was granted at the time because new models had already arrived, very little money (considering how much it cost to Neptune). We were so disgusted with Maytag we had to take the machine and do what they wanted with him when he delivered the new Frigidaire front loader.
