Knee Splint In A Splint So I Can't Bend My Knee?

In a splint so I can't bend my knee? - knee splint

I'm exhausted, a short distance on foot and in incredible pain when I do. Is there a way to move it easily or not to tolerate them?

The doctor also suggested taking Ibuprofen for pain, but not really much. All other product painkillers from the platform in the United Kingdom?

  1. You must first consult a doctor of physical therapy, because usually the doctors do not know too much.
I think you have problems with the tendons of the knee when the knee does not bend well not move and can not try to bend over his knee injury.
If you want to have less pain, acupuncture can be very helpful.
I can not say the name of a pill, they do not know too much about your pain.
What is ibuprofen not so good, because it can cause osteoporosis.
